Tomoe Inoue - In Flight #1

“In Flight #1” is a solo LP work released independently in 2019 by Tomoe Inoue, a keyboard player who is active mainly in the Kansai region . A strange and romantic musical journey guided by rhythm box and the “toyful tone” of vintage Casiotone, with the concept of in-flight comfortable music, flying 10,000 feet above the ground. From things like broken computers and electronic signals to European moods, a variety of mysterious and exotic electronic melodies take you to unfamiliar worlds. The album was produced by a process of transferring the sound source overdubbed to the MTR to an open reel, and by mastering the sound recorded from the speaker with a microphone. It has an analog texture that includes the air of the moment. The sound image is comfortable to the ear. It seems to be enjoyable as fictitious game music. Truly the best!
